It... read more was a tiring 3 weeks or so of handling pests and I couldn’t take it anymore as despite best efforts that we tried, the pests were persistent and harmed my loved ones. I cried a lot… never cried this much in a long while. I was past breaking point… gathering pieces of me to deal with the problem… it was a desperate time. I had contacted a few pest control companies (which I shan’t name) but they were quite dismal in their customer service and prices quoted were shockingly expensive! In another desperate attempt, I searched and contacted Ardent Pest Control and bless me - Timothy picked up my call even though it was a public holiday. I was surprised and relieved! He spoke to me at length and was so friendly, so comforting, so knowledgeable, so helpful, so empathetic… I’m a person who cannot bottle emotions up and I need to talk! I need answers to my questions. Timothy allowed me to talk at length and he provided kind responses to my questions. I was impressed by his patience and kindness. He was so pleasant and empathetic. He went out of his way to provide immediate assistance which I was and still am grateful for! He quoted a reasonable price and was clear and upfront! Technician, Sharil, was most accommodating. Again, as a talker, I needed to talk and ask questions! He allowed me to ask him questions and he was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient! I appreciated greatly such compassion, support and empathy shown to me in the face of the situation that I was experiencing. After the first treatment, things looked up a little bit but there was still issues. Pests were still alive. Second treatment was prompt and Timothy and Sharil worked to suit our schedule too. They were very accommodating and understanding. Big thank you! Throughout, Timothy was most generous with his time and attention. He was responsive and supportive whenever I reached out to him with questions or to seek further help and clarification. He was so patient which I fully appreciated! He provided solutions to help solve the outstanding issue. Within the warranty period, as we were still (unfortunately) having issues… (so long drawn and exhausting… IKR) Timothy arranged third treatment and handy Sharil was once again helpful and thorough!
